At our company, we hire caregivers with significant experience and verified credentials. They must provide proof that they speak English and are capable of preparing English and international food at a high level. Our recruiting process is so detailed that it involves comprehensive background checks, multiple interviews, and assessments.

• At least two written references Formal interview and assessment for at least one previous employer
• Provision of academic and other qualifications

Throughout their time at your home, our full-time carers will require periodic breaks and time off. These breaks will be discussed at the beginning of their stay, and the time will be agreed upon with you. Each carer also requires their own room within your home with adequate facilities to maintain comfort.

Our Care Managers perform routine home visits to interact with the carer and you (and other family members) multiple times each year to make sure that our service is consistently delivered to the highest standards.
