Our application process
1. Telephone Screening:
Once candidates have had their initial telephone screening with our Recruitment Team, we will evaluate their eligibility for the position.
2. Formal Interview:
Individuals who successfully complete the phone screening will receive an invitation to a formal interview. At this stage, applicants can present their skill sets, professional backgrounds, and the reasons why they are well-suited for the position in more details.
3. Completion of Application Form:
Applicants will be requested to fill out a comprehensive application form, which can be found below. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. To facilitate the application procedure, it is recommended that applicants read through the detailed instructions provided.
4. Additional Checks:
We review all carer’s identification and qualifications, as well as obtaining two satisfactory references, of which at least one must be from a previous employer, and proof of right to work in the UK.

√ Four written references
√ Verification of educational and professional qualifications (as relevant)
√ Checking the validity of documentation to be permitted to work in the United Kingdom
